I don't know that the claim has been quantified but presumably is related to the value decline suffered by those holding prior to the SP going into free fall. How much of the decline they can sheet home to the alleged disclosure issues is unclear - presumably some decline would have occurred regardless of any possible Centro fault - but how much is difficult to assess.
As regards personal positions, I haven't checked the dates but presumably the parties to the claim will be those buying prior to the alleged (sorry for the caution but...)disclosure issues being remedied.
In relation to the class action involving Slater and Gordon the Court has apparently ordered that relevant shareholders must register or opt out of this action by 27 February.
Clearly I offer no advice on the merits or likely outcome of the action. It would just be interesting to know the possible quantum.
