any views on fridays volume spike?

My own index shows a huge value traded spike on Friday, and many stocks showed huge volume spikes on the day.

Is it just end of month window dressing, or is a foreign bank fleeing the country before it gets its assets seized for insider trading? lol.

Is this driven by technical outlook?
No other recent monthends (except near the end of march) show a similar spike.

Interested in interpretations.

My chart is similar to the XAO, but mine includes around 1900 stocks.
