Foz had no problems at getting a placement to buyers when the sp was x 9 @.044 Imagine what he would be saying now.
Once this raising is finished I'll post an email that I sent to the board around 4 months ago... stating the market will find value in a declining market with less risk than ESI. That was when the sp was x3 what it is now...
However the .006 and free option is very well priced considering the rewards for risk IMO.
We added a few million to our stack and will ask for more if they will let us.
