Someone just beat me to the 18.5. The problem eher is the sg d/t coverage in the last 24 hours which has inadevertently cluttered the share p[rice of TOE in the very shrot term. It's a proverbial shakeout with the continual seller (maybe Taylor Collison clients) and the odd nervous monkey. This one will be alot higher at the end of the year but as the HC truism goes, many cannot see past the next day, little alone months. Luck to long termers as we have an exciting couple of months ahead IMO. The bot is very dirty today and is unusual for this share.
