IMO .. Those who has allocated the placements @ 25.5 cents
doesn't wanted to pay up to acquired the shares, so they dump the shares on the market even only in a single cent profit. few millions in their pocket is better than nothing.
Once this dust is gone, plus all good news to follows, the SP will sure jump.
