I am asking ...what is it...based on the way they move their feet...what they do....

If you think GRY, ...being smart mngt,... is running all around these different jurisdictions and not incurring significant management time and resources, could I suggest you think again.

It all takes time...takes valuable resources...which may imply they will not be focussed on Banfora...
