Apparently JIN isn't likely to sell California lotto tickets in the USA any time soon. But why don't they at least sell as a service to subscribers the ability to automatically notify registered tickets against winners? Some people play the same numbers every week and it would have real value to have a website that could just notify you if your numbers come up (as well as confirm that they did not). Is there some restriction on just an information only type service? I don't see how the lottery authorities could really restrict that.
