Archer, Ironbridge May Consider Sigma Bid, Financial Review Says

April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Archer Capital and Ironbridge Capital Pty, the private equity owners of iNova Pharmaceuticals Pty, may bid for Sigma Pharmaceuticals Ltd., the Australian Financial Review reported, citing market speculation. A combined entity with Sigma and iNova might then be sold within the next 12 months, the newspaper reported in its Street Talk column, without saying where it got the information.
