international trade deals are done at a level higher than state level... what's wrong with saying that JH and his mates like to have the occasional schmooze to catch the big $$$ so we're all safe and warm in our beds every night?

Geezzzz... ever worked in an international business ? I have and I can tell you that no deal being made is ever black or white except perhaps that tie you wear to work everyday. JMO.
