    ok... so you are telling everyone on HC to stop speculating on a govt decision change to help along the SMM sp...??? Basically forget the U reserve and have it ride on its other asset reserves? That's fine with me - no problems.

    Afterall speculation is the reason why all of us are gathered here on this fine day....
