I think it unwise to comment on whispers and what a Govt may or may not do.

After all, it wasn't that long ago when the Greens didn't want Uranium but they have no objection now.

Prices have also risen from $US7/lb to $21/lb ($US25 on contracts).

Then again, China is on the prowl as well and may have a talk with the Govt about other resources, so the SMM resource may be mentioned as well. I don't know and can't guarantee anything except that Uranium prices are rising regardless of it being mined or not.

I am expecting a 20% rise per year, however, there is much less Mine supply than Demand. There is still some Uranium to come from dismanting nuclear ships.

Literature mentions that an increase in prices doesn't really affect the cost of nuclear reactors.
