Does any one know when DCL's 2018/2019 Annual General Meeting is...

Does any one know when DCL's 2018/2019 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for. Seems they have just published the appointment of 2 new directors according to their website now up from 6 to 8 Directors. Do shareholders have any say and vote on these appointments or can someone , in my opinion, just wave the wand , IMO. ( Refer DCL Website):

Also the 2019 Domacom Fund Annual Report has just recently been published on the DCL website, does anyone no how to explain how the real estate holding and funds company can keep producing losses. I did note that Real Estate held in the Fund is just over $27m as at 30th June 2019. ( Refer to the following download for the Domacom Fund 2019 Annual Report).
