I agree that the market will be relieved that there is finally news. I think the market will be even more relieved when the composition of the board is changed and management is restructured so that commercially more astute people are responsible for the running of the company.
You can't have engineers and "coneheads" running the place. For that matter, you can't have a part time chairman in a company looking to expand rapidly!!! The chairman and the MD need to be dedicated to the job and focussed on the future growth plans.
Let's hope the shareholders of ATC recognise this, and act accordingly.
