    I'm 31 with a wife and 6 month old looking to buy in Melbourne. I have $110K deposit saved but there is no way I'm willing to borrow $400K+ to buy a middle range home. If prices keep going up then so be it but I'm not spending the rest of my life paying off some crazy debt.
