cant give you anything on the margin front, but i moved across to amscot last year and must say that i am impressed with their service on all fronts.
they tend to know what theyre doing unlike most of the mass market firms, and you dont get that call centre feel where the buck is constantly being passed along.
i believe that nab is a virtual broker using commsec/iwl as their service provider - not at all pleasant in my experience from both a technical and people perspective.
