anybody else thinking interest going down?, page-19

I tend to agree mika, interest rates in my view will trend down over the year, to lift rates would be equal to committing suicide, but then maybe that's what some people want. I don't see property values going down, no matter what some folks say, supply and demand rules every time especially when talking property, it's hardly something people don't need.
