    Hi Sellier,

    I am certainly not down ramping. I agree that the value is still there, it is just that the wobbles on Wall St. coupled with the delay in the IPO will push this below 40 cents.

    There is no news on the immeadiate horizon to change my view and I expect more downside from Wall St.
