opinion well it's a good buy in terms of strategy, but we need to know a bit more info to determine the effect and whether it's a real good buy or so so.

the issue of up to 140m at 2.5c is not so good. They wont get it done I beleive in this type of market and this time of year, esp with the price at 2.6c now...
why bother when ya can buy them on market for the same price and not have to wait....

SO as I see it unless they have some major investor who obviously knows a lot more about the deal than us, it's not going through and was a waste of time announcing,.
BUT if they do have a big investor it means the dead opposite, it must be a really good deal at 2.5c and worth a lot more to TEE.

I guess time will tell- I hope it's the latter and I would guess knwiwng the above they may already have the investor stiched up. I think an attendance at the GM is required of me to find out more.
