re: opinion I don't know where the mkt thought that the raising was going to be made at 2.5c. At no stage in the ann. states that. It says that TEE will raise up to 100m shares @??. I suppose we'll find out hopefully after good contracts that have been in the pipeline for some time finally take place-hence we should see that raising at a much higher price.
