share price = $28.20. Forward (2008) PE ratio at 10% growth is 13.85 and gross unfranked dividend yield is 7.3%.
For me, in a time of high interest rates, I think $28.20 is the lowest price WBC will reach in 2008 in a falling market.
Therefore, the current price is a safe buy however I myself look to buy cheaper.
For example, before the last results I bought at $25.50 and sold at $28.50.
Last week or so, I bought at $26.85, which may still be possible if market dips again.
