i know they operate in puntland
i keep confusing somaliland and somalia

puntland wishes to be part of somalia
somaliland wants to be recognised as a seperate country

i think it is all up in the air at the moment.

in anycase here lies and another source of instability

all deals are off I'd say if somaliland should takeover puntland

i would say the somalis would want any kind of investment

however I would say things will be very different if they find anything

I think if it got to that stage the goal posts would change over night

afterall these somali's condone piracy and kidnapping
