The merger didn't go through. There is about 14% IBR left.

TMR need another 4% but from what Hugh said after the merger failed was it was business as usual for TMR which implied he wasn't going to be making another offer to IBR holders, at least not in the short term.

There hasn't been any other information released since then.

Hopefully TMR will make another offer (i'm guessing it will be the same) so you guys will be able to get out.
