Hi to all RHI shareholders.

I certainly hope someone is watching and reading as I wanted to engage with HC members to discuss & try to ascertain what the general opinion is with regard to the issue of options to some of the board of directors.

1.5 million options to be exercised at $1 seems to me to be a very generous handout and dilution of SOI considering the the lack of performance over the last couple of years.

It would appear to me that a exercise price of $1.50 might be more representative of fair value to the shareholders and lift the performance bar and reward for the directors correspondingly.

I'd be most interested to have or receive other shareholders views on this matter before you vote on this very important and generous gift to the Directors that requires a general meeting!
