An unsurprising end to an inauspicious company run by an ineffective, incompetent, and dishonest management. Just another one of many, but fortunately getting fewer with each passing day as these lying shareholder parasite companies and their criminally negligent (or outright deceptive) Boards go under. Annoying that there never seems to be any justice dealt out to the perpetrators (and yet the "Law" is quick to jump on a small hungry shoplifter - as someone mentioned above)...
