    One other question I hope you guys can answer. I note on the TC grower site they are talking about suing Timbercorp and directors, via insurance. However in the letter above posted by Peter600 (thanks peter) it doesn't talk of this. Does anyone know if the planned litigation is going ahead and what are the costs to get involved etc, etc?
