This is a little late, however still current. I phoned Wal Muir (CEO),who was in Queensland, on the 8th January to ask him if Aleator was still solvent and if it would ever come out of suspension. He stated that he did not want to put the stock back on the market until the new capital raising was in the bag or the stock price would be decimated. Anyway, he said that he believed that the capital raising should be completed in about two weeks, (from 8/1). (So that would mean next week. sometime). He was very bullish and said that they had made a significant oil and gas find and only needed cash to drill the production hole. I've never met him, however he sounded genuine, was as nice as pie on the phone and even thanked me for the call.
