When Coca-Cola Amatil demerged with Helenic Bottling, CCA...

When Coca-Cola Amatil demerged with Helenic Bottling, CCA shareholders acquired CHB shares. Since delisting, these shares were sold on market. Does anybody have the cost base of the original CHB shares at the demerger?

Second question relates to capital gains. If the CHB shares were acquired at the demerger, what are the capital gains tax implications of the delisting and subsequent share sale?
