In the prospectus , it says EVE will still hold 20 million shares - but are "giving away" (pending shareholder approval) some 80 million or so shares.
Yet the cost to the company is only around 2.5 million - the book value of that 80 mill shares at June 30 was just that amount as the share price of AFR at the time was only 2.9c !!
Makes you wonder if the company might be regretting giving away the shares now - with AFR now worth 11 times as much. Probably not - the directors would be happy I would think.
