I believe that ALZ will be close to insolvent by the end of this year. Its debt maturity is very short, the commercial and industrial (C&I) and resi businesses are both capital intensive and there is no buyer for the developed C&I product.

Speed of the demise depends to a large extent on credit availability.

I am aware that others have a different view. Go and buy as much stock as you like. No problem from me!
