It would be nice to know from the horse's mouth exactly what is going on. Some time ago there was an unequivocal announcement from WCU, through the ASX, that the first new permit in donkey's years had been granted to them. Now we find that it isn't so unequivocal. Given the contentious nature of U, along with the NIMBY phenomenon (although quite who would want where the are mining as a back yard I don't know), it would be naive not to expect the possibility of issues but, I repeat, it would be nice to know from the horse's mouth exactly what is going on.
