My concerns with the company's progress have been well vented. However, the concern expressd by posters regarding the environmental issues is way over played.
The environmental process is one for Government, not for WCU, to deal with and therefor it has no need to be reporting to the ASX on the matter.
Again the environmental "appeal" is a matter of process for the Government of Utah not WCU.
WCU has not been delayed in its development activities as a result of the appeal.
The environmental activities of a group are a distraction that shareholders/posters have latched on to. It will be resolved by Government process.
The key issue for questioning the company on is what they do control. They control their milling arrangements and their product sales arrangements.
Don't take your eye off the ball. BE VERY AWARE the company must be due to announce something on these two fronts very soon so I emagine the options are now a potentially windfall pickup.
