No indication at all that mine preparation has been halted by the appeal. If they had been forced to put things on hold WCU would definitely have had to announce that to the market.
I have contacted the Monticello (Utah) Branch of the BLM asking whether an official appeal has indeed been submitted, and if so when this is likely to be dealt with, but so far I've not had a reply.
I will post if and when I hear something.
I share everyone's concerns, but based upon previously released time frames news has to be coming in the next few weeks.
Always some risk (it's the speccie end of the market remember), but even a whiff of good news, and as I said in another post, anyone who has bought 4c options is going to be very happy.
