Sorry PDK.You haven't done your homework too well.ACU has had a number of legal issues that the new Board has efficiently cleaned up it would appear.Change for the sake of change has little logic and we have not been provided with any new vision or ideas for this company by Mr Tassone.Never assume votes are in any camp until they are counted in my opinion as your main problem is to get shareholders to bother to vote.This whole process has been a waste of time and money in my opinion as this new Board has only just been in place for a relatively short time.Vote as you wish but have you bothered to talk to either of the individuals chasing your support ?
