    against 1. Removal of Director - Mr Keong Chan

    against 2. Appointment of Director ? Mr Rocco Tassone

    Until I can more info on who Mr Tassone is and why Syracuse want to vote him in... I am also curious to know why 2 of the directors are against him... They say its because the shareholders who have requested this have provided no reasons as to why we should vote for 1 and 2.
