joca the release of the financials is on the 23rd from memory - the other thing weighing on the share price is the question mark over the distribution as I can not see them maintaining it with Karratha falling so far back (down approx. 10 million on rental income currently) - and you are correct the management overpay themselves and have failed to deliver - not to mention previous management who have lead us into massive write downs
Also there seems to be little action on the sales of their commercial assets which leaves them in limbo as until they sell something to provide them with some capital to play with little is likely to happen - if Clem gets this company up and running again then we could well see an increase in the distribution which will of course drive the share price in due course
Finally I have never known a consolidation to work in favour of the shareholders and this is yet another example
