Very good points. I am not surprised by the inactivity. I am underwater and was then diluted. This thing only has optionality for me. It either goes bust, gets diluted further, or flounder until debt issues are resolved. Best case it gets taken over with a best price probably around $0.11-12, which I believe is book value (P/B currently ~0.64).
