    EDT, CNP, BAU and AEZ are my three biggest $ losers this year.
    Not exactly the year of the REIT was it? But just wait until property values move upwards. The turnaround could be breathtaking. Unless it goes broke in the meantime.

    Still going to continue to hold EDT. Come on baby.... You can do it.
