Dont be so glum. The deseado may be near impossible to do greenfields work in the winter, but if you have a drill target, and the drill hoses dont freeze (which rarely happens anyways), and the drillers take a contract, then you can drill. from contacts there the really cold stuff wont generally start until mid june and then you can be back on the ground easily by september.
you have cerro negro, cerro vanguardia, san jose, jaquin etc all drilling through the winter. it may cost a bit more, but it will be worth it.
