bolide, my 1% costs in the buying scenario was VERY conservative. I also did not include LMI if buyer was borrowing with high LVR, buying & selling costs, etc. I kept it on the conservative side so that I didn't have the bulls down my throat nit picking every detail/figure I used.
It does my head in that people would pay today's prices, do not understand at all.
