street talk: $260 per week for rent in Brighton? You must be renting a shoe box.

It's a homette/unit. 2 bedroom, lounge, separate dining. What more do 2 people need? I just laugh when I see these young couples buying/renting 4 bedroom houses when they have no kids (and sometimes no plans for any). Overkill isn't it? If I wanted a bigger place I would rent a bigger place.

Pasqual: i thinks its fair to say the bears are probably not as financially strong as the bulls on this forum and hence anti real estate.

The bulls are more than likely older, experienced, invested in real estate earlier on and are reaping the rewards now and hence why they are pro real estate at present.

That's a pretty broad/sweeping statement. I owned my own home from 2006-2009. If the bulls are basing their opinion on previous experience over the last 10-15 years instead of the facts that would explain some of their irrational comments. You can't see the bubble from inside it.
