anybody working on the 3/4/5/6 property?

Got my second investment property 4 Years ago and own my own house. All going well and looking at another property in the near future.

As I have indicated hold for a while and then you start getting the rewards. You don't make the return over 12 months. As I have said previously property always goes up over time.
