I wouldnt borrow that much buying 1 single stock of anything.
Here you go again assuming what is big money to you is big money to everyone else...
Some people borrow millions to pump in to a single stock.
Some people borrow tens of millions to pump in to a business or any other number of things.
$900k in one stock is absolutely nothing to a lot of people. Why must you presume everyone is a bottom feeder? Maybe if you wake up and realise there is some big money out there and what knocks you off your seat is barely what some would spend on a holiday, you will be able to get a grip on property prices.
