Obviously the doom and gloom message you want to portray is not getting through - so in most of your recent posts you make the generic accusations that anyone that does not agree with you is petulant/arrogant/attacking. Exactly the same argument could be made for you and your brethren. We hold and we know what we can do with property as an investment and we know we can make money both now and in the future. However you dismiss anyone's views that are not yours or don't agree with you - at least we have some first hand knowledge about the asset we are discussing.
