just start off slow and modest....
then accumulate in accordance with a budget and a plan.....
stay away from expensive inner city pads....
live within your means...
spend the extra half an hour of your day travelling to work....
you get the house for half the price out in the burbs...theres a saving of 250 to 300ks to begin with...
then, using my 10% growth plan....on a 300k property, that is a modest 30,000 pa growth....just sitting there simmering away....
if 3 props @ 300,000 = 900,000
growing at 90,000 pa....sitting there simmering away
if you have 3,000.000 earning 10% thats 300,000 pa...
simmering away...cooking slowly, ready for that life changing decision...go into business, retire early....get ready for the kids uni fees....
you do not have to sell the props to take some equity...just front up to the local bank manager....and take out a loan.....
in the meantime...you get to have a life.....
leave the 'you beaut', whizz bang, smarter than thou ideas for the gamblers.....or traders, or whatever they prefer to call themselves..
