Hi .. the only thing against that is how well you would have done in Bonbeach , I recently sold some vacant blocks there ( not mine ) and as Im sure you know , Its incredibly sort after .

You could probably do the Ballarat ones anyhow . Im just not sure that you will get much growth at all in Ballarat , yields are great yes ..but growth will be tough .

Good lifestyle choice for those who want to get out of the city , a great regional hub , a few good golf courses ( probably dry these days ) ..

I prefer your Chelsea , Bonbeach , Seaford ..Edithvale ..Frankston , this is a HOT little corridoor ..and what a great strip of beach ..when you consider the beach at Beaumaris for example .
