Yes I would be crazy to perhaps sell bonbeach atm. I have one beachside and one a few blocks back. Both bought when no-one liked the area.
I paid through the nose in 07 for the current PPOR but you gotta live right!..
Yep best beaches around, kids love the water the SLSC etc its a great spot. I work a lot round Ballarat (hence my interest) and nosed a couple of bargains, well I think they are - ask me again in 5 years.
Property has served me well. I earn above average income but I'm certainly not rich. It's helped the wife stay home and give the kids someone to meet when the get home from school/kinda - something we value in this day and age.
