at the very least keep the one closest to water. As our climate changes more melbournians/victorians will want to be beachside. most beachside properties are a set and forget property.
i have a place in tootgarook and 80 acres in apollo bay and i would never sell. Especially apollo bay as the property has 180 deg views of the Sthn ocean which can never be built out.
i like seaford, chelsea, frankston sth and st leonards. all coastal areas which have alot of upside.
