Actually it is no where near that amount at the moment - as I have said I own some of the cheapest properties in Adelaide.

Well that is your choice. The risk for me is very low due to my long term plan, and the fact that they pay for themselves. I am more than comfortable with my portfolio's risk/reward ratio for both my properties and shares.
