    Do some research on companies like Iron Carbide. It had a process that was demonstrably better than the industry standard; but paradoxical as it sounds it costs big industry a lot more to completely change the way they do things to implement such small improvements. I predicted about two weeks ago that APG would hit 10.5c. It is now under that. Draw your own conclusions.
