Some of this can probably be explained by the fact that Polartechnics' share registry is via Link Market Services, which also happen to be one of its creditors (for over $100K).
Whilst Robert Hunter recently paid to renew the ASX listing for another year, Link remain one of the many creditors waiting to see if they'll get to see any money. My guess is that would be related to the recent 'disappearance' of PLT from CHESS, but the good news is that they are still a registered ASX-listed company. I'm not sure if Link would need to be paid in full or not (re. their listing & normal trading status), if & when Polartechnics can get restarted. Perhaps others that fully understand the relationship of Link / CHESS / ASX could expand on this.
